We have now retired from full time commercial baking and are focusing our energy now on woodland and meadow management on the land where we live .
We still have our lovely woodfired oven and are happy to run courses for either bakers wanting to learn the craft of Wood Fired Oven Baking using retained oven heat , or we welcome Family or friendship groups who want to experience the ‘old way ‘ of baking and at the same time learn some baking skills from experienced bakers .
